First Step - Complete Permission to Bury to Get Fiber to Your Location

We expect to start the construction for the fiber project in 2023, so the next step is for everyone to complete a ‘Permission to Bury’ online form.

Use the online form above to grant permission to bury. If that is not possible, you may print, complete and mail a paper form using the button below.

This form gives TCA/Evertek permission to bury a line across your property as part of our construction project to bring Fiber to the Home to your neighborhood. This will allow you a better option of services. It does not sign you up for service.

We are requesting your permission to bury a line across your property as part of our construction project to bring Fiber to the Home to your neighborhood. This will allow you, in the future, to have a choice of communications service providers.

If property owner changes their mind about placement of services on their property after the execution of this document, it is the sole responsibility of property owner to notify TCA/Evertek of the withdrawal of their permission prior to construction beginning.

Good news! As you may know, Evertek and The Community Agency (TCA) of Sanborn, are bringing fiber Internet, TV and Phone services to the rural customers of Hartley. We would love the opportunity to serve you when the project is complete, so please read below about next steps you can take today.

We applied for and received funding for part of this project from the State of Iowa Broadband Grant program.

The area highlighted in green is the fiber build area. The project will be divided into 2 Phases with the dividing line at Hwy 18 or 320th Street.

Phase 1 - Anything on Hwy 18 (320th Street) and north will be Phase 1. We anticipate the project beginning in June/July time frame and hoping to complete Phase 1 before winter hits.

Phase 2 - Includes anything South of Hwy 18 (320th Street) will begin next year
