Scrambled picture troubleshooting steps
A scrambled picture is when you are unable to see a clear image on the screen, and
instead you only see scrambled content. Digital and Analog customers may be
unable to see a clear image on the screen and only see scrambled picture.

         • Make sure that you currently subscribe to the channel you are trying to view.
           If you do not subscribe to this channel, you would like to be, call TCA
           @712.930.9953.

         • If you are currently subscribe to the channel. Check to see that your TV
           and VCR are on the correct channel.

         • If your problem is still not resolved, try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To
           reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box from the wall outlet and wait at least
           30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.
