No color troubleshooting steps
Customers with no color could be caused by an equipment problem, or by the way
that a program is broadcast. Example: “I Love Lucy” is always black and white.

1. Does no color occur on all channels?
• Yes: go to #3
• No: go to #2
2. Make sure the program is broadcast in black and white.
• Yes: If the program is being broadcast in black and white, there is no
option for color and your other programming should be fine.
• No: go to #3
3. Make sure all cable connections are finger tight (if you have loose cable
connection this may be the cause of your loss of color).
• If this does not resolve the issue, try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To
reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box from the wall outlet and wait at least
30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.
