Nothing happens when the MENU button is pushed, but I can
change the channel up and down.

If the terminal was just installed, it takes approximately 15-30 minutes for i-Guide to be
downloaded to the set-top. If after 15-30 minutes nothing happens, unplug the terminal,
plug it back in and wait another 15-30 minutes.
