Leaning picture troubleshooting steps
Customers with older television with Digital or DVR boxes may experiences their
picture leaning to one side of the screen, ( the picture may be cut off or half of the
screen) instead of the picture taking up the full screen.

         • Attempt to adjust the horizontal hold on the TV (if you do not know what this
           refers to, please consult your TV manufacturer)

If you have audio speakers next to your TV:
         • Check to see if the problem is occurring when moving the speakers. When
           you moved the speakers and rainbow effect occurs on the TV screen, the
           speakers are causing interference and need to be moved. When appliances
           or other electronics close to your television. The devices may give off
           electromagnetic fields that cause bad picture.

If you do not have audio speakers:
         • Try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box
           from the wall outlet and wait at least 30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.
