Ghosting troubleshooting steps
Customers may experiences Ghosting, when you have a duplicate or double image
on TV screen.

         • Make sure your TV is on channel 3 or 4

         • Try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box
           from the wall outlet and wait at least 30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.

If this occurs only on one TV:
         • Check all cable connections are finger tight.
