Flickering picture troubleshooting steps
Customers may experience flickering, flashing or an intermittent picture while you
are watching TV.

• Check all cable connections are finger tight.
• Make sure your TV is on channel 3 or 4
• Try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box
from the wall outlet and wait at least 30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.
If the problem only occurs on one TV:
• Check to see if the problem is occurring when appliances or other
electronics close to your television. These devices may give off
electromagnetic fields that cause bad picture.
If the problem does not occur when electrical appliances are turned on, if the
problem occurs on all TVs, or if the above resolutions did not correct the problem,
