Dark picture troubleshooting steps
Dark Screen is when you experience a dark picture while watching television.

         • Check all cable connections are finger tight.
         • Make sure your TV is on channel 3 or 4
         • Try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box
           from the wall outlet and wait at least 30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.

If problem only occurs on one TV:
         • Play a DVD or VHS to see if the picture is still dark.
