What should I do if my TCA Cable is out?
There are several things you can do if your cable is out:
• Check to see if the your house has electricity.
• Make sure the television is plugged in.
• Make sure all cable connections are finger tight.
• Make sure the TV is on the correct channel (often tv channel are 3 or 4) if you
have a cable box or VCR hooked up.
• If you have a cable box, make sure that there is a channel number lit up
in the channel window. If you have a Digital Cable box and there is a "0" in
the channel window, the box is not able to receive information.
• Check all televisions in the house to determine if the problem exists on all
sets or just on one television. If there is no signal to any set, it is most likely a
problem outside of your home. You can also check with your
neighbors to determine if it is your area that is experiencing a problem or if
it is primarily affecting your residence.
If none of the above solutions resolves your problem, please call TCA @ 712.930.5593 for a technician to come to your home.
