Blue screen or total snow troubleshooting steps
Digital and Analog customers can experiences Blue Screen appears in place of the
channel selection. Also, on older television may cause total snow.

If you currently have a Digital Box or DVR:
         • Make sure that your TV is on the Correct Input Channel (usually 3 or 4)

         • Make sure that your VCRs or DVD players are turned off.

         • Make sure you are actually controlling the cable terminal
           (press the CABLE button on the remote).

         • Now try to Reset your Digital Box or DVR. To rest, you will need to unplug
           your Digital or DVR box from the wall outlet and wait at 30-60 seconds
           before plugging it back in.

         • Make sure all cable connections are finger tight.

         • Wiring may be incorrect if you have recently added a new piece of equipment,
           which causes blue screen or snow.

         • If you have VCR/DVR combo and using composite cables, your signal will
           not pass through if the VCR is off. This will cause blue screen.

If you do not have Digital Box or DVR:
         • Ensure that the connection to your TV is secure
