Black screen troubleshooting steps
Digital and Analog customers can experiences Black Screen condition. When
customer is trying to access channel that has black screen in place of the channel.

• Make sure the TV is powered on and set to the appropriate input source for
the Digital or DVR box receiver
• Check all cable connections are finger tight.
• Make sure your TV is on channel 3 or 4
• Check to see that the TV is on the correct input for Digital or DVR box.
• Try to reset your Digital or DVR box. To reset, unplug your Digital or DVR box
from the wall outlet and wait at least 30-60 seconds before plugging it back in.
• Check to make sure your account is not past due. If it is, you need to make
a payment to activate your cable.
