3 Way Calling

This feature permits a customer to bring on a 3rd person to a call. While engaged in a
call the customer can flash hook. A confirmation tone will be heard, then dial tone.
The customer can then place a second call. Once the second call is established a
flash hook will bring the original call into the conference.
